I don’t think popularity with
students, and effectiveness as a university instructor, necessarily go
hand-in-hand. A teacher must often be tough, for example. Nevertheless, I’ve
consistently gotten good reviews from my students. The printouts below are a
little confusing to read, but in short, I received an above-average score in
each semester, when compared with the other instructors at
